CloudPoint Bangladesh ("CloudPoint", "we") collects contact details, billing information and technical data necessary to deliver cloud infrastructure, managed services and related products.
Data is retained only as long as needed for contractual and legal purposes. CloudPoint applies industry-standard security controls to protect customer information.
VPS, dedicated servers, Kubernetes, storage, CDN, enterprise email and managed cloud are provided under individually scoped agreements with defined SLAs.
Customers must not use CloudPoint services for unlawful activity, network abuse, spam or content that violates Bangladeshi law. CloudPoint may suspend services for violations.
Fees are quoted in BDT unless otherwise agreed. Infrastructure may require Contact Sales; enterprise email follows published BDT mailbox ranges from ৳150/user/mo.
